Refund policy

At Renue, we take pride in offering only handpicked, premium-quality sarees. Every product is carefully inspected before packing to ensure it is free from defects. While we take the utmost care during creation and packaging, issues during shipping or transit may sometimes occur.

If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or contains an incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • A clear, uncut unboxing video (from start to finish) must be provided, showing:
    • The unopened parcel with visible shipping label
    • The opening process
    • The product inside
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Customised or altered products (e.g., blouse stitching, fall/pico, tassels) are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted products.
  • Customised or altered sarees.

Return / Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • The unboxing video
  2. We will review and confirm eligibility.
  3. Ship the product to our office address in secure packaging.
  4. Once inspected, a replacement (if in stock) will be sent within 3–5 business days.

Shipping & Charges

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective/incorrect products, Renue will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after inspection.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
